Policies and procedures provide neighbors with the responsible person’s contact information upon request.

Guidance

Whether it be a “knock on the door” from code compliance or a neighbor with a concern, residents should be instructed to provide the responsible person’s contact information upon request. This will save a great deal around stress and confusion. It will also help ensure that incidents are documented and addressed.
