Documentation that residents are formally linked with the community such as job search, education, family services, health and/or housing programs.

This rule applies to Level IIs, IIIs and IVs.

Guidance

At a minimum, “formally linked” to the community means making residents aware of the local infrastructure. However, many recovery residences more actively link or support residents accessing these services.

Evaluation

Is there evidence that residents are formally linked with the community such as job search, education, family services, health and/or housing programs?
