This standard rule applies to all recovery residence levels of support.
Guidance
All recovery residences, regardless of legal requirements, will have protocols to protect resident information. Digitally stored information should be secured behind passwords and not shared without the resident’s consent. Paper documents should be stored behind double locks, such as in a locked cabinet that is in a locked room.
