Guidance
Milestone rituals and activities can range from celebrating recovery anniversaries and “belly button” birthdays to welcome new residents to support residents when someone moves out to honoring residents who move up a phase, a practice that rewards residents with more responsibilities and privileges as they advance in their recovery.
