This rule does not apply to level Is, because they do not have direct support staff.

Guidance

Working at a recovery residence can be very rewarding, but it is not a replacement for personal recovery activities. Given the origins of recovery residences, most staff are members of 12 Step or Faith-based mutual aid groups, but staff may choose to engage with other networks to support their personal recovery. The important thing is that they have a support system.
