Programs and Properties

This section is where you have the opportunity to describe your program(s) / service model(s) and all the properties you manage using this model. Some providers only use one model.

For example, Oxford House has thousands of properties across the US and the World that use a single evidenced-based model. Other providers offer different models along a continuum of support. It is all needed and welcomed.

First, complete a Program Profile
Second, complete a Property Profile for each property that uses the aforementioned Program

Repeat that 2-step cycle for each unique program that you offer.
