Sign up and log into a TROHN.org account to submit documents (e.g., policies and procedures, house rules, staffing plan, resident agreement...) and attestations (e.g., ethical marketing, conflicts of interest...). Applicants also complete program and property profiles. Everything is broken down into "bite-sized" sections that will allow you to submit and save portions of the application and return to edit and submit at a later time.
Document review
TROHN will review submitted documents against the NARR standard. They may followup with the applicant to gain clarification or more detail.
Virtual interview
TROHN will schedule a virtual interview to learn more about the culture and social model aspects of the recovery home. They will also ask questions that will help determine the provider's level of support.
Onsite review of all properties
The onsite review visually confirms a number of the NARR standards.
