Administrator Information

The Recovery Residence Administrator is the designated responsible party of an accredited recovery house who is responsible for administering the recovery house in accordance with the accreditation standards and requirements.

In order to uphold the standard, the Administrator must demonstrate that they understand the standard by successfully completing the Recovery Residence Administrator training and having a current Recovery Residence Administrator certification, which is valid for two years from the date they are issued.

To become re-certified, the Administrator must complete continuing education that covers updates related to the standard, code of ethics and applicable laws. Organizations must notify the accrediting body (e.g. TROHN or other NARR state affiliate) about any changes to the designed Administrator within 30 business days.
